The King of Pop

Hey Friends, am sure you are all aware that today is the second death anniversary of The Pop Legend Michael Jackson. He was a person who gave a different perspective to Pop Music by adding lot of emotions to his songs and music.

MICHAEL JOSEPH JACKSON

Michael Joseph Jackson  was born on 29th August, 1958 in Indiana USA. He was an American recording artist, dancer, singer, song-writer, musician and philanthropist. He is referred as the KING OF POP and recognized as the most successful entertainer of all time by Guiness World Record.

He was the 7the child of the Jackson family and debuted on the professional music scene along with his brothers as a member of Jackson 5 in 1964 and started his solo performance in the year 1971.

Jackson's 1982, album "Thriller" is the best selling album of all time. His other records including " Of The Wall", " Dangerous", " Bad" and " HIS tory" were among the world's best selling. He is one of the few artists to have been included into the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame twice.

He holds multiple Guiness World Records apart from 13 Grammy Awards, Grammy Legend and Grammy Life Time Achievement and also 26 America Music Awards and 13 number one singles in the USA in his solo career.

He is also a notable Humanatarian and Philanthropist donating and raising hundred million dollars for beneficial causes and supporting more than 39 charities.

Aspects of Jackson's personal life like his changing appearence, personal relationships and behaviour had always flaired and generated huge controversies.

In 1993, he was accused of child sexual abuse, but the case was settled out of court and no charges were brought forward. In 2005, he as tried and acquitted of for the sexual abuse allegations and several other charges after the jury, ruled him not guilty on all counts.

It was while preparing for his concert series, " This Is It ", Jackson died of Acute Propofol Intoxication on June 25th, 2009 after suffering from Cardiac Arrest..

Jackson's death triggered a global outpouring of grief and as many as one billion people around the world reportedly watched his public memorla sservice on live television.
